My sources of inspiration are nature and architecture. In my latest work I express my concerns about the climate. Because of the subject the work "Moving earth nr.5" was choosen for a exhibition about climate change in Museum De Fundatie in Zwolle. My work mainly consists of paintings in which I often use all kinds of materials (mixed media). Images of clay and small 3D works are also part of my work. I choose the medium that suits my feeling of expressing myself.
For several years Trudie followed courses and lessons on Nieuwe Akademie in Utrecht and MK24xtra in Amsterdam.
